​This is a tribute to Melissa Klocke through the art she created in her far-too-short life. She had so many dreams that life never gave her the chance to fulfill. I (her partner) created this site to share a piece of Melissa with the people who loved her, and maybe even beyond.

  

Most of the work exhibited here has never been seen by anyone, and this is not close to an exhaustive collection of everything that Melissa created. It doesn’t even include her fiber art or ceramics! A lot of the work here was a surprise even to me when I was going through her art cabinet!

Melissa never found the right way to share her creations with the world, but she never stopped creating. I don’t think she would be completely happy with how I’m sharing her art and her writing either, but I so want for people to be able to spend time with her the way that I am able to.

So ... make some tea, find a cat and a blanket, take a breath, and be with Melissa.
